Apple Standard EULA

Use of the Point Signal iOS application is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the additional terms below.

Reader App Notice

Point Signal is a reader-style application. This means:

  • Purchases occur on the web: All subscription purchases and management happen at pointsignal.com.
  • iOS app is read-only: The iOS app provides access to content you've subscribed to via the web. You cannot purchase subscriptions within the iOS app.
  • Manage subscriptions: To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, visit your account on pointsignal.com.

Disclaimers and Risk

By using the Point Signal app, you acknowledge and agree to our:

Important: Point Signal content is educational only and not investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose all or a substantial portion of your capital.

Apple's Limited Role

Apple is not responsible for:

  • The Point Signal app, its content, or services
  • Maintenance, support, or warranties related to the app
  • Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the app

All support, maintenance, and inquiries should be directed to Point Signal at support@pointsignal.io.

Third-Party Claims

Point Signal, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any third-party claims relating to the app or your use of it, including but not limited to:

  • Product liability claims
  • Claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
  • Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws

Intellectual Property

In the event of a third-party claim that the Point Signal app infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Point Signal (not Apple) will be responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
  • You are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
